The VRF system
The VFR (variable refrigerant flow) is the perfect system for the larger office spaces and provides economical value and comfort throughout. It is also better for building management with the use of centralised controllers being fitted to provide a better balance without the need for localised controllers being fitted on the interior office walls. There are two main types of VRF. The heat pump VRF is perfect for the open plan office space with the whole system working on one mode at a time to provide comfort for the whole area. The heat recovery VRF is more dynamic in the way it can work at different modes at any given time so with this in mind, this system best suits the partitioned office types. As these office plans are individualised to be independent then the comfort need maybe different in each office. Some offices may be required to be warmer and some cooler. All in all, everybody is happy!
The light commercial range
The smaller office spaces may be just to small of a space for a big VRF. Therefore a smaller, lighter range of systems are available. Anything from the single Split system with just the one indoor unit at variable sizes to suit the room space upto the twin split with the two indoor units. The twin split can be combined to provide the one larger room with the preferred cooling or heating or do two different offices with one unit in each room. The triple split works the same as the twin split but with three indoor units. Every office is different in its layout and design, some more specialised then others so it’s in our interest to provide the right choice.
